I have checked your site and I found you have maximum nofollow links on your site and since 20 feb to current date have lost near about 300 backlinks. So you must do work on good sites for backlinks and definitely you will get good rank on Google SERP.

Proper keyword research I think is the first step.

Duplicate Content is the major issue after the panda release. Use original as well as quality content in your site and its internal pages.Also add "Thread Posting and reply" in your offpage activity.Also, Maintain the ratio of backlinks of the site which is very important factor at the time.
