3. Ultra high frequency series frequency 100KHz-1.1MHz series, power 3100KW

Main Application


1. Main uses of high-frequency and audio equipment: heat treatment of metal parts, quenching of parts, annealing of stainless steel, annealing of copper tubes, hot rolling, etc. Turning tool, iron knife, drill bit welding, hard alloy circular saw blade welding, diamond saw blade welding, copper pipe welding, cable joint welding, communication product welding; precious metal, gold smelting, platinum smelting, stainless steel smelting, and other alloys Smelting, etc.
2. The main uses of medium frequency induction heating equipment: smelting of various metals above 5KG, heat penetration of bars, thermal matching, welding, etc.
3. Handheld equipment: used for online welding of copper plates and copper wire joints of power transformers, and online welding of copper pipes for air conditioners and refrigerators.

1. The workpiece is heated


Application scope: hot rolling of fasteners, standard parts, auto parts, hardware tools, rigging, twist drills, etc.
Principle: The larger the workpiece diameter, the lower the frequency should be. (Choose the appropriate power based on production efficiency. The greater the power, the faster the speed).
For example: above Φ20, medium frequency (1-20KHZ), Φ5-20, high frequency (20-100KZ), below Φ5, ultra-high frequency (100-500KHZ)


2. Heat treatment


Application range: shafts, gears, wheels, machine tool guide rail accessories, metal wire annealing, hydraulic accessories, auto parts, knives and scissors, stainless steel pot annealing, etc.
Principle: The shallower the hardened layer required by the workpiece, the higher the frequency should be (combined with the shape of the workpiece, quenching method, quenching hardness, hardened layer requirements and materials, etc.).
For example: below 1mm, ultra high frequency 100-700KHZ; 1-2.5mm, super audio frequency 20-100K zone; above 2.5mm, intermediate frequency 1-20K.


3. Brazing


Application scope: composite welding of drill bits, turning tools, knives, iron knives, drill bits, etc. and stainless steel pot bottom materials.
Principle: The larger the welding volume, the lower the frequency should be. (Depends on the specific workpiece shape, material, solder, etc.) Tools with a volume less than 30*30*30 can use high frequency.


4. Smelting


Application scope: gold, silver, copper, lead and other precious metals.
Principle: small capacity can choose high frequency, large capacity can choose intermediate frequency.
