4. When the electric aluminum melting furnace heats the sinter for the first time in the case of a cold furnace, the rated power cannot be used at the beginning, and 60%-75% of the normal power should be used for low-temperature heating, to avoid cracks in the furnace lining. When the furnace lining temperature evenly reaches about 90°C, the power can be increased to the normal process power, and the formal smelting operation can be started.

5. The electric aluminum melting furnace should not have blanks of two parts at the same time in front of the furnace and on the workbench. The staff must put the remaining blanks heated before getting off work into the material box, indicate the specifications and status of the blanks, and put them in the induction furnace.
