PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk (the “Company”) was established in Indonesia under the name PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Animal Feedmill Co. Limited, based on the Notarial Deed of Drs. Gde Ngurah Rai, S.H., No. 6 dated January 7, 1972, as amended by Deed No. 5 dated 7 May 1973 by the same Notary. The deed of establishment was approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia with Decree No. YA-5/197/21 dated June 8, 1973 and was published in the State Gazette No. 65, Supplement No. 573, dated August 14, 1973.
