Established in 2004. PT Panca Mitra Multiperdana Tbk (PMMP) is one of the leading Shrimp Processor and Exporter in Indonesia. Headquartered in Surabaya and with a processing plant located in Situbondo and Tarakan, with total production capacity of 25,000 tons/year combined with 46,000 tons of cold storage facilities.

In 16 years since, PMMP has become a leading shrimp exporter in Indonesia, ranked 2nd on the league table based on total volume of exported shrimp in 2019. PMMP has been exporting shrimp to all major markets around the world such as US, Japan, Europe, and others. Our products have made breakthrough in retail markets and food services in US and Japan.

With our head office located in Surabaya, we have 6 processing facilities located in Situbondo (East Java) and Tarakan (North Borneo). We have been exporting shrimp to all major markets around the world such as US, Europe, Japan, Australia among others. Our products have made breakthroughs in retail markets and food services in US and Japan.

OUR PRODUCTS

1. BLACK TIGER

The Black Tiger (BT), or its latin name Penaeus Monodon, is commonly known as giant tiger prawn. It is the second most widely cultured shrimp in the world, after the Vannamei. The black stripes on its back are one of its signature characteristics, while its texture is more meaty than other shrimp species when cooked. Its size ranges from 2/4 until 41/50. Indonesia is well known for harvesting 16/20 as the main size for BT shrimp. Our BT products come in the form of Block Frozen, IQF, Raw, Cooked, or even Breaded. 

2. VANNAMEI

Indonesia is an archipelagic island country, rich in resources especially Vannamei shrimp. Our shrimp is produced and quality-controlled under sustainable aquaculture practices – delivering year round supply of freshness to you. Vannamei shrimp are available all year long along the coastal lines of Indonesia, and especially in abundance around where we are located (East Java).

3. COOKED

Our premium, fully cooked ready-to-eat shrimp are produced and frozen under the strictest quality assurance and undergo multiple daily testing to ensure food safety – providing you with crisp and fresh shrimp straight to your table. We do a variety of different cooked products including: cooked-in-shell peeled, cooked-in-shell easy peel, shrimp ring cocktail.

4. VALUE ADDED

Catering to different kinds of Value-Added shrimp, including Breaded, PTO Stretch (Nobashi), Sushi Ebi, Marinated, and Skewered Shrimp, we make sure that quality is our top priority. We work with multiple partners to source the best ingredients for our value-added materials so we can provide you consistent restaurant-quality product. Over 90% of our ingredients are sourced from overseas, including Thailand and China.
