Corey, most people only show the splash pages created by the site owners of the programs they promote.

The content you show in your credit campaign is up to you. When people click on your ad, it can be go to a group post, which has a title and optionally a description, and that description can be fairly long, I don't remember if the number of characters is limited, but it can be several paragraphs, i.e. hundreds of characters ( thousands ? )

This is stupidity, I only want traffic to my websites. and want people to look ALL matter there. I cannot reproduce my Entire website on APSENSE, especially dynamic website. This is shitty logic...

@Felikss, I agree, we'll see if it's a good decision. Wincer always works for all of us, never for his own interests only, because after all, what benefits him at APSense is what benefits us members. He always works not only on adding features but also on improving the ones we have. And he's open to suggestions.

Felikss, you are not comparing the same thing. A car costs WAY more than a monthly membership at APSense, and if a decision has a positive impact on targeted traffic, I'm all for it

Philippe, of course no one will upgrade only for credits. Maybe my example was not correct. O.K., imagine that you have purchased car from apsense. You put on your car your company advertising. Wincer comes after a week, torn off your ad and put his own, saying that "I have changed rules and now if you would like advertise your company, you must pay me additional fee (paid advertising in APSense)". Do you will agree this?

I think these rules will help to get targeted traffic to sites. Who needs visitors that just click for credits? If you get thousands of those who only stay a few seconds it will do your rankings more harm than good. I would rather have 5 that visit my site because they have clicked out of interest i.e. a link in an article than 1000 clicks from people that only want the credits.

Felikss, the point is, paid membership is not just about getting credits for campaigns. Not at APSense anyway. You can buy credits if you want, and it will cost you less, but you won't get the other advantages, like sending more contact requests, etc...

@Abraham and @Philippe I agree with you, but these campaigns you can create already... Just imagine that someone have purchased deluxe membership for one reason - create campaign to get visitors to his website. Now Wincer change the rules and someone can spend their credits for advertising Wincer's website (APSense)... I think it is not right!

That's good I think. APsense as a business social network will get more traffic and our products, services and other offers will get more targeted traffic. For out-apsense sites there are TeamPromote campaigns....Who needs more? ;)

One thing about what you said is supposedly bad. Yes, you might get less traffic, but you will get more targeted traffic. Now tell me this is bad. We don't want hits, we want interaction and conversions. Let's not forget Alexa also considers how long visitors stay.

APSense is a business social network, not a Traffic Exchange, although there is a TE in the add-ons. I believe it's better for long term results to build relationships, and the change allows you to become creative in advertising
