This role will be responsible to enhancing our client's connectivity, enriching product portfolio, optimising costs, and fostering strong partnerships with leading telcos is the foundation of their business.

As the Partnership Manager of APAC, you will lead the procurement activities with the network partners in the Asia-Pacific region. This is a unique opportunity to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution and work closely with top telco companies and talented teams

What you'll do
* Be a trusted & resourceful contact for the company's key telco, billers and digital gift card partners in the APAC region
* Own and monitor the volume trends and profitability of the assigned markets
* Develop creative and financially meaningful partnership models with our network partners
* Develop and drive our network partner strategy to support our regional sales teams
* Lead small- and large-scale deals and projects with our partners, working cross-functionally within company to ensure we enrich our product portfolio and optimise our costs
* Act as an advisor, with deep industry and market expertise, to the sales team to support achieving company's sales targets
* Maintain regular and transparent communication and cooperation with customer support, pricing, provisioning, marketing, and sales teams
* Onboard new network partners or products based on market trends or our customer demand that are supported by business cases and forecasts
* Support direct sales activities with Telcos in the APAC region

Requirement
* 5-8 years of sales and/or procurement experience with a proven track record in delivering new business
* Must have experience working in, selling or having business relationships with Telco and digital service providers across APAC
* Experience with network management or Partnership Management in a mobile top-up or international remittance and payments business is a plus
* Experience interacting and negotiating with C-level decision makers to navigate complex deals and understand legal language, facilitate meaningful conversations that lead to forming strategic partnerships
* In-depth market knowledge to spot opportunities and build out a compelling proposition that offers mutual value
* A strong balance of both strategic planning and an active hands-on approach
* Strong organization skills, management of priorities and the ability to work under pressure
* Proficient in CRM, Excel and PowerPoint
* Data analysis experience with Tableau is a plus
* Willingness to travel for business
