1: Downward Facing Dog:
If you think that this pose is hard to maintain, it means the posture is doing its magic. Spread your fingers, press your hands down and point the tailbone up towards the sky keeping your knees and feet on the ground as well. This will make you feel like your hamstrings are tightening, which signifies that the spine is lengthening. This pose gives natural traction, and you don’t even have to spend time with a chiropractor.
2: Four-Limbed Staff Pose:
You will only learn the right way to do this pose by becoming a part of 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in India. This pose seems pretty easy, but it is not. It requires a lot of strength that is impossible for a beginner. Lie down on the ground and pull your body close. Then lift your body slowly until you find yourself on your toes and hands. While doing this, make sure that your spine is straight. As many times as you practice this pose, it will create muscle memory, and you will feel less strain.
3: Crescent Lunge:
Start by placing your one leg on the backside, being only on the toes. Stretch your spine and pull in your navel. Pull your arms in the upward direction, and start by tightening your hips and moving your leg in the forward direction. After some time, you can change the leg position alternatively. This will increase flexibility in your body.
