Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S is basically an iPhone X running Android

The launch of iPhone X has increased the set standards of not only Apple but other phone companies too. After the launch of iPhone X many other companies have tried to imitate the phone and launch a piece which is quite similar to iPhone X. One such company is Xiaomi. Recent phone launched by Xiaomi named as Mi Mix 2S is almost a replica of iPhone X. Its an android phone, but the if we compare it with iPhone X in terms of appearance it is completely the same. The only little difference in the appearance is absence of notch on the front.

China is the one who is solely responsible for launching Xiaomi and to our surprise; Xiaomi has gained much popularity in fast few years. They are also under the process of planning to get these phones launched in US also. The first Mi Mix which was launched by Xiaomi impressed many people with its look and features too. It offered with many features like forward-facing bezel – less display, sleek ceramic body, ultrasound speaker tech etc. The phone got a great response post which Xiaomi also came up with Mi Mix 2.

Within a duration of few years, Xiaomi has marked its impression on the world by gaining the position of 3rd largest phone maker in China and sixth largest worldwide.

Xiaomi is working on the very new phone which is soon to be launched and is named as Mi Mix 2S. They have redesigned the phone from the base but it is just an upgradation in the old model and has added S to the name, the same way Apple does it. There are major 3 changes made in Mix 2S. First one is that the phone is powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 845chip. Second one is that phone is has dual cameras on the rear and the third one is that it supports Qi wireless charging.

The phone if talking about lookwise is quite similar to the old version. Featured with Aluminium frame and ceramic back, the phone has got speedy fingerprint sensors on the back. This updated phone does not have ceramic version. The screen size is 5.99 inch which is equivalent to 2160 X 1080 resolution and it still does not fail to give a pretty, sharp, large and bright look. Front camera is featured with 5 mega pixels and is found on the lower right corner which will help you to take a selfie upside down. This phone supports Google’s ARCore and the storage is also enough in this phone which is 64 GB and also 128 GB. Rear camera will be a dual one featuring 12 megapixel cameras. The working of the camera is exactly the same like iPhone 7 Plus or 8 Plus or X. This phone has also got the capability of detecting the outline of a person and then keeping the person’s picture same, the background can be made blur. Wireless charging? Well yes offers that as well.

Xiaomi is yet to reveal the price of 2S but they have told the price would be almost similar to Mix 2. The phone will be launched in China first and then it will be launched in other countries. The phone also supports 4G in he US and also on AT&T and T-Mobile.
