World Juniors ice hockey - 2024 USA Team
The selection of the U.S. National Junior Team for the IIHF U20 ice hockey Championship in 2024 is getting closer. The final selection camp roster for USA Hockey was revealed on Monday. It will start on December 14 in Plymouth, Michigan and before the team departs for Sweden.
There will be three goalies ten defensemen and sixteen forwards in the camp. Although Team USA can bring 22 skaters and three goalies they can only bring 20 and three to the event. A player who is substituted throughout the event will not be allowed to come back.
In the end, on December 26 the day before the competition begins USA will have to cut roughly five players.
