With Vault Show- emerging as a platform to gain funding for budding entrepreneurs
Those who are looking for an opportunity to
make their dreams of becoming a successful entrepreneur come true, there is a
good news for them. Just like the Mark Burnett’s shark Tank, soon India will
also have its own reality TV series where entrepreneurs-in-making will be
provided a chance to pitch their ideas to the panel of investors and secure the
funding they require for the growth of their business. This show which going to
be telecasted on coming September is known by name of the Vault Show. A Delhi
based entrepreneur who belongs from a reputed and renowned business family has
tied up with a leading business channel of India to telecast the local version
of this reality television series. in this version SME’S, rural ventures,
innovators, student community and even housewives can participate and pitch for
their unique business proposition. If the panel of investors find their
business proposition worth investing, they will strike on-the-spot deals with
them and provide them with the money they need to make their business grow.
If you have loved the
happiness and heartbreaks suffered by entrepreneurs in shark tank, this show
will definitely interest you. Unlike closed door investor-entrepreneurs
meetings, the dealings made here will take place in front of the camera and
therefore here there will be no chance of any unfair dealing.
The vault show will have a panel of five permanent investors
and there will be one guest investors who will appear on each episode. The
minimum investment any contestant will secure for their start-up or idea is around US$14,900, but that can rise as high as
they want if they really make the investors believe in their idea. Around 50
ideas will be selected for in-depth evaluation in the season 1 of the Vault
show with each of its episode running for 30 minutes. The viewers will witness
the aspirant entrepreneurs using highly persuasive pitches to win the funds
they desire. Sometimes in their zeal to win the confidence of the investors,
they will also become highly absurd in their pitches. But there is no
compulsion on the investors to make any deals as far as funding is concerned,
if they find none of the contestants or idea worthy of funding, they can pass
on all pitches of the season 1.
