Panchakarma is the part of Ayurveda remedies.  It's preservative preventative, promotive, curative and rehabilitative treatment. Vaman therapy is the best form of panchakarma. Performance of Vamana
Vamana is a process where Doshas (waste products or toxins) are removed through upper stations i.e. mouth. [1] Notably the Kapha and Pitta Dosha caused Amashaya (stomach and duodenum) from all around the body from the particular preoperative processes and then removed out by causing the emesis.
Relevance 
Kapha disorders and associated Pitta ailments or ailments originating or located at the area of Kapha is going to be alleviated either indefinitely or for a longer time period.
It is helpful to protect against the forth coming ailments because of Kapha and Pitta.
Many of cosmetic drugs are managed by oral origin.  It goes into the Amashaya (belly ), that's the major chair of Kapha.  Amashaya is also started from by digestion of meals.  When there's annoyance or accumulation of Kapha at Amashaya, the digestion of food or medication can't takes place.  With the support of all Vamana Karma, Amashaya Shuddhi (cleansing) happens, or so the digestion of medication and food occurs properly.
