The Importance of POSH Training Program
The POSH Act, 2013 The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) is an act to prevent and prohibit sexual harassment of women and to provide a safer environment at the workplace. The POSH Act is not only for the women who are employees, If a customer/client who is sexually harassed at a workplace can also claim protection under the POSH Act. The POSH Act further specifies that a woman will not be exposed to inappropriate behavior at her workplace.
