As one of the wealthiest zip codes in the Austin area, the average sold price for single-family Westlake homes came in at $1,165,984 for April 2017 and $1,301,304 for all Westlake sold homes year to date. Comparing April 2017 to April 2016, this was a 3.4 percent increase in the sold price of Westlake homes for sale, and comparing year to date 2017 to year to date 2016, this was a 15.7 percent increase in the sold price of Westlake homes for sale.
