To fix this error click the sync option present on the
base station.
Check your Arlo base station then press and release
the sync button at your base station, the LED will blink for 10 seconds after
that camera start again and work regularly.
Unlock and shut your camera battery slot and wait for the
camera LED signal when the battery inserted in the camera.
If the LED doesn’t blink, then make sure the battery is
inserted accurately in-camera. Also, check if the battery is not lo. If it is
low, then kindly recharge it.
The LED signals blue means the camera is synchronized
with the base station.
You should measure the distance between the base station
and the camera. The Arlo camera should not far away more than 90 meters of 300
feet from the base station. If the camera is very far from the base station,
then it will not connect to the base station properly.
There should be no obstruction between the base station
and camera. Your Arlo camera might get offline because of the metal device,
wall, or any other object between the base station and camera.
Have any Wir-Fi router and points near the base station?
If that is the case, then your Arlo camera setup cannot
be successful, and it may face Wi-Fi obstruction. If it is possible, please
maintain a sensible distance between the base station and the Wi-FI device to
avoid discrepancies.
