The e-mail will contain all the information you need to participate, including the URL to visit to take the survey. When you take a survey, you'll have the opportunity to earn points and win prizes.

You can start redeeming your points the moment you have a bank of 3000 Panel reward points in your My Station account. Please note, if you unsubscribe from the service before you have accumulated a 3000-point balance or if, for reasons beyond our control we are required to suspend the service before this, we will not be able to pay the reward. Check “My Station” to get the latest information on your points balance- earned, spent and expired, and decide how much you would like to redeem for the gift vouchers. Once you’ve decided, all you have to do is click on “Redeem” after logging in with your TPS account . You would be able to view two options, one for sweepstakes and another with all the other redemption options. You can choose any from them. The vouchers/amount, as applicable, would be sent to you within 6-8 weeks from your redeemed date. In case you have opted for sweepstakes, then you would receive the details within 24 hours. We reserve the right to offer a substitute reward of equivalent value to the payment method you have chosen. This may occur if, for some unforeseen reason, we are unable to obtain your first choice of reward, e.g. the company issuing vouchers to us ceases to offer vouchers.
