Stay Healthy | Exercise Daily | Eat good food
The mankind is standing together against the Coronavirus(Covid-19) pandemic today in a way the world has never ever thought of. Most of the countries has declared emergencies and every person is quarantined in their own houses.
Being struck in our own houses can be frustrating sometimes and can impact our mental & physical health, so to keep ourself safe and sound we should eat health and do some exercise daily. Firstly we should choose our food properly because of the shortage and less supplies. Everyone should make sure that they are not wasting any food. Our mother earth is taking some time to heal herself and has also given us time to heal our healths too so we our away from junk and fast food for now. Now we have all the time out of those busy daily routines to cook our own healthy food. We can eat properly boiled vegetables and fresh fruits so that we get all the necessary vitamins to build a stronger immunity. Different fruits and vegetables we can eat:

Eating healthy should be combined with exercise to maximise the use and build a stronger immunity. We don't need a gym to exercise. Anyone can exercise in their house even in a small place. Exercising keeps our blood pressure normal and helps to reduce the stress we feel staying in locked. Doing exercise will boost our immune system and helps to sleep better. Doing exercise will also keep you in good shape.
Everyone should try/should surely do daily exercise to stay healthy. Some of the exercise are:

- Pull ups
- Planks
- Rope Jumping
