Definition of hydraulic lock:manifoldblocks.com
Hydraulic lock, as the name suggests, is a "lock", is to lock the circuit in the hydraulic system, do not let the loop oil flow, as shown in the figure, to ensure that the oil cylinder in the figure can still keep its position static even if there is a certain load outside.
The specific structure of the liquid control check valve is a check valve with a liquid control port. There are seat, ball, spring, hydraulic port, control plunger, and A,B,X three ports.

Application of hydraulic lock:manifold blocks
Hydraulic lock is mainly used for static lock load, can only achieve switch action, such as: truck crane outrigger, load is relatively small and the change is relatively stable of some airport climbing car, horizontal directional drill, shear difference type climbing car, fire truck, environmental protection vehicle and other equipment. It is not suitable for the dynamic speed control of descent with heavy load and large load change (smooth start and prevent stall during descent).
Hydraulic lock installation position:
Generally speaking, the hydraulic lock should be installed between the throttle valve and the slide valve (to prevent the back pressure of the throttle valve, delaying the locking speed of the hydraulic lock), to ensure that the hydraulic lock can quickly lock the actuator, so that it stays in the position we require to stay.
Application of hydraulic lock in the system
Hydraulic locking system multi-way valve in the choice of function:
It is generally recommended that users choose the open center multi-way valve median function (Y-type median function) to reduce the impact of multi-way valve on hydraulic locking. If you must use the closed center multi-way valve (the function is O-type), it is recommended that users choose the pilot piston without o-ring hydraulic lock, can ensure that the multi-way valve is o-type closed, the pressure at both ends of the pilot piston is equal, so as to prevent the opening of the hydraulic lock.
Hydraulic plunger pump working principle, hydraulic plunger pump is how to operate

In the hydraulic system, the plunger pump is a hydraulic pump which realizes oil absorption and oil pressure by the change of the sealing volume caused by the reciprocating movement of the plunger in the cylinder.

Piston pump suction pressure oil principle DIAGRAM
The radial piston pump works basically similar to the axial piston pump, and also uses the reciprocating linear motion of the plunger to complete the oil absorption and oil pressure process (see figure).
The plunger is arranged radially in the cylinder block, and the cylinder block is driven by a motor to rotate together with the plunger, so the cylinder block is also called the rotor. During the working process, the stator and the oil distribution shaft are fixed and do not turn. When the rotor rotates in the direction shown in the figure, due to the eccentric distance f between the stator and the hand, the plunger extends outward after the upper half cycle, and the working space in the cylinder block increases. The liquid enters the working space through the oil suction hole and the oil suction port of the oil distribution shaft from the oil tank to achieve the oil absorption action. When the plunger passes through the lower half circle, the working space is reduced, and the liquid is pressed out through the oil pressure port and oil pressure hole of the oil distribution shaft. When the rotor rotates a week, each plunger reciprocating motion once, complete a suction and pressure oil process, if the rotor rotates continuously, it is continuous output pressure oil, this is the radial pump working principle.
The radial plunger pump has no oil pan and is supplied by a special oil shaft. The oil distribution shaft because of the suction port and the pressure of the oil port is uneven, a large radial force, at the same time, because of the radial size of this kind of pump, so the relative speed of motion is large, wear is also large, these are the shortcomings of the radial pump. But because the radial placement of the plunger, can put a few rows of plunger, so the relative number of axial pump plunger, flow is large, this is its advantages.
In general, compared with the plunger pump, vane pump, because the plunger is cylindrical, so the sealing surface shape is relatively simple, can reduce the fit clearance, with less oil leakage, high efficiency, high pressure resistance and other advantages.Guilong manifold blocks
