Who can Appear for CLAT?

The eligibility criteria for LLB Courses are different from LLM Courses. Aspirants willing to appear for LLB Courses must have done 10+2 from the recognized board whereas for LLM basic level of education is graduation.

Eligibility Criteria for LLB Courses

1. Age is not a bar to appear for the education

2. The aspirants belonging to the General/OBC Category must have scored a minimum of 45% marks in 10+2.

3. The aspirants belonging to reserve category i.e. SC/ST/OBC must have scored 40% in Class 12.

  Eligibility Criteria for LLM Courses

1.  There is no upper age limit to appear for the exams

2. The aspirants belonging to the General/OBC Category must have scored a minimum of 55% marks in 10+2.

3. The aspirants belonging to reserve category i.e. SC/ST/OBC must have scored 50% in Class 12.
