Very informative I see a plant-based diet is a diet consisting mostly or entirely of foods derived from plants (including vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, legumes, and fruits) studies show that a well-planned plant-based diets support health and are appropriate throughout all life stages. Interestingly the market for plant-based foods grew eight times faster than the general retail food market and is forecast to grow by 60% through 2025.
