3, Nobody is allowed to stand around the machine when the vertical roller mill is running.
4, After checking the vertical roller mill, press the start button to start the motor, pay attention to the current changes. It is not permitted to consecutively start the vertical roller mill more than 2 times, and you must wait at least 5 minutes between the two times.
5, You are not allowed to start other sets when you start a vertical roller mill to avoid tripping.
6,After the vertical roller mill running normally, you must add materials strictly according to the specification and the quantity of materials is forbidden beyond vertical roller mill overload. Besides, vertical roller mill should not run without materials too long to avoid breaking the liner., and the limit time is 15 minutes.
7, Be sure to leakage of plasma will not occur when the vertical roller mill is running. Rrequently check whether current, voltage, feeding and water supply is normal or not. Check the temperature of the motor and spindle every 30 minutes. The temperature are not allowed to beyond 60 degrees Celsius.
8, Stop feeding when vertical roller mill is stopped.
