Onsite Machining of Crankshaft
We have sold more than 70 crankshaft grinder to the shipping companies, industries and repair workshops who have broken the monopoly of the European companies by offering onsite crankshaft grinding and onsite crankshaft polishing services with international standards and on low price.The onsite crankshaft grinding and polishing machine has the following features:
I) Light weight, portable and can be easily taken to the site all over the world.
II) Machine is presently available in the range of 35 mm to 700 mm diameter. The higher range of machine is under development. Options for pneumatic and electric drive are available.
III) Machine is supplied in powder coated steel boxes with a provision of clamps to hold it in order to avoid damage during the transit from one site to another.
IV) Large information of crankshaft of popular engine and their model is shared with the client.
V) Free training on site is provided for operation and maintenance of crankshaft grinder.
