If you are starting a new fashion brand, you probably want to find ways you can market your brand. Getting the marketing side right will help your brand reach the heights you want to achieve. Here is a quick guide to marketing your fashion brand in 2022.

Get A Website 

There are a few things you need to do when marketing your brand. The priority is getting a website. If you are unsure how to design a website then do not worry. You can either buy a website for how it is or hire a website developer to design your website. We suggest the latter because they can design to how you like them. Remember, your website will be your front so ensure it looks professional and is easy to navigate around. Furthermore, you need to ensure that your website is easy to buy a product or else you won’t track many conversions. 

Search Engine Optimisation

Search engine optimisation, also known as SEO, is a marketing method that works brilliantly for Google. This is a method that many companies neglect because they believe it is outdated when in fact, they are doing it wrong. A lot of the mainstream companies that exist all use SEO as a marketing method to reach their target audience. For example, if you are a fashion brand that specialises in affordable garments, you won't target “luxury clothes for men”. Instead, you will look at keywords such as “cheap men's hoodies” or something along those lines. 


SEO is a great method to reach an audience locally as well, which is what smaller businesses will do because they don’t have the marketing budget to compete with other companies. Moreover, it is a way to reach a more qualified audience. For example, if you are a vintage store, you want to target a keyword such as a vintage store in London or something along those lines. 

Social Media

Social media is a great tool for marketing, especially if you know how to use it. Furthermore, one of the biggest advantages of social media is that some of the tools you need are free. There are some things that you have to pay for but, if you are looking to raise brand awareness, organic social media is great for that. 

Organic Social Media

Organic social media is the free feature that you use on a daily business with your account. The only difference is that you will use these for a page instead of your private account. With these features, you can post on Instagram and Facebook, without a cost. However, the only thing you are relying on is for people to share your page. 

Paid Social

Paid social is where you pay to advertise your brand/ business. Since iOS 14, advertising on social media platforms has become difficult. Nonetheless, it can be a great brand to raise brand awareness although you can do this with organic social as well. If you have the budget to spend on paid advertising, spend it. Just be prepared that it may not return the money like SEO and other marketing techniques.
