Learn More About the 5 Best Types of Tea Blends to Help You Live a Better Life. Although I am a huge coffee addict and love coffee, I still drink tea on the side, mostly when trying to relax and wind down. Of course, one of the best ways to relax is by drinking natural Teas. So I thought it would be a good idea to discuss and give the best tea blends list of some of my favorite drinking teas. I also wanted to add tips on how you can spend more time with teas and some of the best brands out there.
Learn More On How I Discovered Different Types of Herbal Tea
There are various types of tea, and I am a huge fan of fruity teas, and for some reason, I find it refreshing to drink herbal tea blends with fruit flavor tea with the right amount of sugar. Growing up, my mother was an avid tea drinker, and I would follow in her footsteps and drink tea. My tried-and-true favorite when I was younger was orange pekoe tea. That is the only tea that I knew of at the time. Eventually, I learned about some of the best herb combinations for tea, such as mint tea, green tea, and earl grey tea.
As I think about it, tea has not been as prevalent since I was a child. However, I am finding more and more businesses selling new and innovative tea of the best tea blends you would never find back then.
Favorite Tea
What are the types of tea that I like? Some of the best tea blends are fruit tea blends. This is because they are essential and natural but can add many flavors if you crave these types of tea. There are many carriers of fruit tea, such as David's tea, to name one, and is also the best loose leaf tea online. As for me, I am not too picky when it comes to my fruit blends and find that they all are very similar in taste. I also find that some brands are expensive and tend to keep it simple and stick to lower priced teas. Honestly, I am not that picky when it comes to tea.
You can find some of my favorite fruit teas at your local supermarket and Walmart. They are made by a brand called celestial seasonings. Celestial seasonings cater more to tea lovers, and I use more than one kind of tea from this brand.
My favorite from this brand is their authentic blueberry tea, which tastes exactly as it says. A close second is their cherry-flavored tea, and they also have the best peach tea, which all taste good!
Mint Tea
You can never go wrong with mint tea. It is a great herb used to soothe the senses and has an invigorating taste. The best peppermint tea can come from any brand, as they all taste the same to me. This tea I would recommend this as the best tea for beginners. If you are looking for the most affordable option, then opt for Tetley mint tea which you can find at any grocery store.
The main thing I like about mint tea is that you can find it almost anywhere. I tend to stray from unique teas, which are very hard to find after a while.
I usually use the best tea blends to calm my nerves, most notably as a remedy for headaches and indigestion. I always drink tea as a child to alleviate these symptoms, and I still use it. I especially like drinking mint tea when I indulge in self-care. It is just the perfect tea to drink for the occasion.
Tea To Help You Sleep
One of the main reasons I decided to talk about the best tea blends is to inform you that I have found a way to use teas as a sleep aid if you have trouble sleeping. Whenever I had a hard day and found it hard to sleep at night, I drank wine. The wine did help my wine down, but it is high in calories and can get expensive. It also might not be the healthiest option out there.
One day I was browsing the tea aisle and saw that there were teas that sleep aid, and I decided to try them.
Little did I know, the tea I tried helped calm my nerves and not focus on negative things that would hinder my sleep. There are many benefits of different types of tea, so I encourage you to try them.
My favorite types of tea that helps me sleep is the same brand I use for fruit tea. That is the Celestial Seasons Sleepytime tea. They also sell some of the best-selling tea blends.
At first, I thought there was no way tea could help to aid sleep, but I was wrong! This tea contains fragments of chamomile, cool spearmint, and fresh lemongrass, known herbs to calm the body and mind.
On the other hand, many people turn to prescription drugs to aid sleep. However, after researching this idea, I have found that sleeping pills can be dangerous and even cause death if you overdose! So please give sleeping tea a try and tell me what you think in the comment below.
A Tried-and True Favorite
One of the main types of tea I ever tried was Orange Pekoe Tea. It is a tried and true staple I always return to when I want something basic and hot to drink. Although I would not recommend this tea to use as a sleep aid, I would recommend it as a daily tea. The main reason why I say this is because it contains a high amount of caffeine, similar to coffee.
When I was younger, I used to swear by this tea and even through a small amount of cream. These days the thought of cream in my tea disgusts me, and I am not sure what I was thinking back then. Nevertheless, you should always add cream to coffee and not tea!
Although my love for Orange Pekoe tea has faded, it is no longer my favorite. However, now that the tea market is more comprehensive, there are so many types of teas that I can choose from.
What is the most popular type of tea?
However, if you are looking for an alternative to orange pekoe tea, I recommend matcha tea. I was put on to this tea recently, and I like it. It is like green tea on steroids as it has a high content of green tea. There are also different formulas that you can use to create matcha tea. The first method is the easiest and is the one I use with a matcha tea bag. Next, you can add the matcha powder to boiling water.
Matcha Tea
I have not yet tried this kind for some reason. I do not think I love it that much to buy the powder, but I did try a matcha tea from Starbucks, which uses the powder to formulate its matcha drinks. I think it had a more robust flavor of matcha than your typical tea bag.
Conclusion
In this blog post, I discussed some of the best herb combinations for 5 types of tea! There are also many uses for teas for all types . For example, there are different types of tea for focus, the best tea for singers, and I sometimes use baby sleeping tea, which will have you sleeping like a baby if you drink it right before you go to bed at night.
Although my blog niche caters more to coffee lovers, I also like to dabble in different types of tea. Popular tea blends were one of the first hot beverages I ever tried as a child, such as orange pekoe tea; now, it has predominantly coffee.
