1. Why should you choose a large capacity cylindrical tank?
In industrial production, it is required to do with a large amount of products at the lowest cost. Prioritizing the use of small tanks will increase the cost a lot but the performance is not high. Choosing a large capacity tank is considered.

If the type of tank is small to medium capacity, you can refer to the horizontal tank types. However, with large capacity tanks, it is recommended to have a vertical design. Because it is very difficult to make a rack if it is horizontal and the cost is very high. Same thing if choosing other types of cylindrical shapes.

Thus, the cylindrical tank is both space-saving and productive. This is the first choice of industrial enterprises.

2. Structure of the tank
The basic tank contains 3 parts: the tank cover, the tank wall and the bottom of the tank. The rest are screws, usually galvanized according to EN ISO 1461.

2.1. Tub cover
The roof will make a different material from the tank wall and bottom to protect the tank well.

For large capacity tanks, it is required that the roof is sturdy. Usually the roof will be designed in 3 main forms: dome, cone or TDR.

2.2. Wall of tub
The difference between large capacity tanks and other tanks is in the wall of the tank. Large capacity tanks usually have a capacity of 7 - 4000 m3. With the above capacity, if built into a traditional tank, it will be less safe. Therefore, large capacity tanks are assembled from smaller tanks.

Small tanks are usually made of galvanized steel, length from 2.5m and width from 1.25m. The thickness, diameter and height of the small tub should be according to EN 10142 and EN 10111: 1998.

2.3. The tank bottom
The bottom of the tub is carefully focused when building a high foundation and has an inner lining.

The bottom of the tank is usually made of reinforced concrete with a wear-resistant coating on it. The wear-resistant layer can be used as a lining because it is made of stainless steel, EPDM/Butyl rubber...
