KLM Cancellation Policy
The cancellation rules cater to
all the fare types and classes of the KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. If you wish to
make your cancellation procedure easier and hassle-free then, read the KLM

If a cancellation request is generated
within a specific time frame such as up to 3 hours before then, the
cancellation would be accepted.
If the cancellation is raised
within 24 hours of the booking that would be risk-free.
If the flight has been
canceled, immediately passenger can immediately book another reservation with
the same login details or account.
Premium or basic economy can't
generate the cancellation request if the 24 hours is completed from the
booking.
There are a few conditions such
as an emergency period or flight delayed or canceled situation, the passenger
will get a 100 percent refund.
Passenger submits the related
documents namely health issues or relatives' deaths then, he/she can claim the
full refund amount.
As per the KLM
cancellation policy, the cancellation charges will not be paid
separately and they will be deducted from the total return value.
The cancellation charges will
be based on the situation, fare types, time, class, or other essential factors.
If any passenger submits the
authorized orders from the government or judicial then, the cancellation would
be free of cost.
If the specific time frame has
been completed then, the whole ticket will be considered as a cancellation fee.
The cancellation of the booking will only be valid if it is raised from official sources such as the mobile application or website of KLM Airlines.
