Issue with 20 dollar surf cash bar

I recently encounter and issue with 20 dollar surf cash bar my internet browser hangs and affected my entire web interaction. I took me a while for figure this out but I found out that that 20 dollar surf cash bar is causing it.

I tried reinstalling the cash bar and it didn't work.

Finally I figure out that this software is using ie to display pop up ads and the cash bar itself so I thought of a resolution to resolve this issue and finally  found one. It is the script that is causing the issue.

In mozilla I'm using no script add on to block automatic software download and virus intrusion but no script is not available for IE.

Here is how to make your ie act like it has noscript

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
3. On the Security tab, click Internet.
4. Click Custom Level. (Fig.1)
5. Scroll down to Active scripting.
6. Click  Prompt
7. Click OK.
8. Click Yes.
9. Click OK.
