Inovar Journey- Achieving Milestones

Inovar is a software services company. Consulting and Digital Transformation is at the heart of what we do. We identify and integrate emerging technologies and software initiatives and deliver state-of-the-art smart solutions. We are a professional team consisting of members from top software organizations and are here to dedicate ourselves to helping customers realize their digital goals. We help customers right from Digital Advisory and Architecture consulting. We, then, implement the software solutions, to support the client's needs.  We are very passionate about what we do and so building a trusted customer rapport is of utmost importance to us. 

But all was not smooth in the initial days of the company. For many years, our Founder and CEO, Apratim Ghosh had dreamt of starting his architecture consulting company and after gathering immense experience working in various MNCs such as Microsoft and Accenture, Inovar Consulting finally began its journey in February of 2017 as a Software Architecture Consulting Firm. At the early stages, Inovar provided architectural consultation to various Indian start-ups and mid-sized US-based start-ups, thus making its mark in the world of technical consultancy.  

One of the biggest challenges that Inovar faced in the initial stages was finding a well-founded customer. We were helping a few start-ups to launch their products in India as well as the US, helping them perceive creative ideas. By November of 2017, we started increasing our workforce, and with the passion to deliver quality, we were able to win customers. Gradually, Inovar became an end-to-end service provider across multiple technology landscapes. Clients were satisfied with Inovar’s adherence to timeline and delivery, which turned out to be one of the biggest success factors for our software consulting firm.  

Finally, in July of 2018, Inovar signed its first long-term project with RedPeak Digital and got the chance to prove itself as a brand. The organization was finally executing a lot of different projects for various start-ups and non-profit organizations based out of the US. In early 2019, Inovar bagged its first enterprise customer and started competing with well-known brands. Since then, Inovar has helped many businesses re-imagine their digital future with the intended digital experience. Straight forward business philosophy, bleeding-edge software solutions, and a ‘customer-first’ business approach has strengthened Inovar for potential customers and helped us build trustworthy relationships with clients in service-based industries of the US.

Not only has the organization equipped its employees with proper technical support to work from home, but also used various remote work strategies to maximize efficiency.
