I Bought the Best Office Furniture in Singapore
Choosing the best
office furniture seems an ‘easy peasy’ task to do. But you have to consider a
lot of factors before releasing your money on an item. Besides from the tedious
process of choosing what to put in your working space, you also have to think
of this different considerations: The space allocation of your office, the
items you need and not need to put, and of course your allotted budget.
I was having a hard
time with the aforementioned factors because I just got here in Singapore and I
have just rented a not so big office space for my company’s local branch here
in Singapore. So, I was looking for office items in some furniture shops in Singapore, and
I was having a hard time, because it is kind of expensive to buy things, in
general, in this country.
Luckily enough, one
of my Singaporean friends has recommended me to check this certain Singapore furniture shop online,
and I have to admit, I was impressed by the collection of furniture their
catalog boasts. This furniture shop is definitely inspired by classical,
contemporary and modern Danish design, which made it more interesting because
it uses a minimalist approach to complement any form of space.
To continue my
search for an office
furniture in Singapore
that would complement the small space my office has, I browsed the shop’s
office catalog and I was amazed by the collection of their authentic designer
office furniture. This shop does not only have quality items, they were also
carefully designed and crafted.
So I went to their
‘workspace’ catalog that was divided into four categories mainly: height
adjustable desks, desks, office chairs, and storage.
I immediately went
to the desk division and saw varieties of well-designed and minimalist office
desks. All of their office desks seem to fit for my small office, but the one I
got was the ‘AK 1330 Desk,’ which I think the best fit for my office, with its
simplistic design. I also got the ‘HilLow2 Desk,’ which is like a smaller
version of traditional employee desk, for my small team here in Singapore.
After ordering the
office desk, I went to their office chairs section, where I ordered the ‘Forum
chair,’ which I think has a minimalist design yet I think very useful. The
chair resembles to a classic office chair but with contemporary Danish appeal.
And for my own office chair, I got the ‘Hag Capisco’ office chair that looks
like an odd combination of a barber’s and office chairs. But I really liked its
design so I ordered it.
Lastly for our
conference desk, what I got was the ‘Milk desk.’ It is a very simple desk with
one study pillar at the center, and just fits our small conference room.
