Preparation Of Pakistani Chicken Biryani
First Step: Fry The Onion
To prepare chicken biryani with rice, first cut the onions into slices and fry them with oil.
Second Step: Roast Cumin
When the onions turn slightly golden brown, add the cumin seeds. Fry together for 2 to 3 minutes and then remove the onions from the pan and keep aside.
Step Three: Fry The Chicken
Put grated garlic and ginger and chicken in the same oil that you fried the onion in. Fry the chicken for 1-2 minutes until the color of the skin changes a little.
Fourth Step: Add Spices
Add all the spices to the pan and mix with the chicken. Cook for 10 minutes on a relatively low flame.
Fifth Step: Mix Yogurt
At this stage of preparing Pakistani biryani, you should mix yogurt, tomato and fried onion with a blender until a smooth liquid is obtained.
Sixth Step: Cooking Chicken
Cook the tomato mixture with salt and chicken for 5 to 10 minutes until the oil mixture is cooked with it. Finally, add chopped coriander, green chili and gram masala to the chicken and fry together for a minute.
Seventh Step: Preparing Rice
To prepare the rice, wash and soak the rice an hour or half an hour before. Pour 6 cups of water in a pot and let it boil. When the water boils, add salt, vinegar, cinnamon stick and rice.
You should cook the rice over high heat for 7 to 12 minutes or until the rice is fully cooked. Put the rice in a bowl and put it aside.
Eighth Step: Ruce Mold
To shape the rice, take a medium bowl that is enough for two people. Place a freezer bag or cellophane in the bowl to drain the rice easily.
Ninth Step: Pour Rice Into The Mold
Put some turmeric or food coloring in the bowl. Put the rice in a bowl and press well until it is smooth. Cover the bottom and sides of the bowl with 3 or 4 cm of rice. Make sure the rice sticks well.
Tenth Step: Put The Chicken In The Rice
Put the chicken biryani in the center of the rice and cover it completely with rice. Press firmly so that the rice and biryani do not separate when flipped.
Eleventh Step: Enjoy The Meal
Return the bowl to the serving dish and remove the cellophane from it. Enjoy your meal.
