Cocoon Production: Our silkworms live for 46 days, with the last 25 dedicated to spinning strong, white cocoons from pure silk protein.

Quilt Assembly: The processed silk is cut, stretched, and layered up to 20 times to form the core of our quilts, resulting in a luxurious and durable 2.5 kg silk quilt.
