How to Maintain the Cement Ball Mill to Reduce Its Wear

In the process of equipment operation, it needs very large grinding force to the materials, if the users do not pay attention to the maintenance of cement ball mill, which will aggravate the wear and tear of equipment. Therefore, in order to ensure the efficient operation of the cement ball mill, it is very important to do the maintenance of the equipment well, and the maintenance of the cement ball mill mainly has the following two points:
◆Ensure the good lubrication of cement ball mill
Lubrication is the most important maintenance task of cement ball mill, including the replacement and addition of lubricating oil. To ensure the good lubrication of the cement ball mill, it is necessary to add lubricating oil during the continuous operation of the equipment in time. On the other hand, the users need to make sure that the lubricant is clean. When the lubricant is used for a long time, the users should replace them with the new lubricating oil and then clean all the lubricating parts, such as the main bearing and gear of the cement ball mill.
◆Daily inspection
1. Pay attention to check the wear degree of the vulnerable parts in the cement ball mill production, if find the slightly worn parts, should repair them in time, as for the badly worn parts, they need to be replaced in time.
2. Take note of the bearing and lubricating oil working temperature of cement ball mill, if the temperature raises anomaly, it indicates that the equipment has the abnormal fault, at this moment, stop the equipment immediately to find out the reason and eliminate it.
3. Check the feeding device, discharging device and sealing gear cover of the cement ball mill, and if find the serious wear and tear, should adjust the corresponding part in time, otherwise, the sealing effect of the cement ball mill will be affected.
4. Inspect whether the parts of cement ball mill are loose or fracture, and check whether the foundation that connecting screws and bolts in the scale board has the shedding phenomenon, to ensure the fastening of all cement ball mill parts.
5. Finally, in addition to the routine inspections and maintenance, the users should also keep the good records, do the preventive work regularly during the production shutdown period, and record it down to distinguish and properly handle the situation.
