How to Disable Avast Email Signature?

If you are an Avast email user then you must be aware of the fact that when we install the Avast, by default, the settings for the email signature will be turned on because of which messages like, “Virus – free”, etc will be attached to every outgoing email. Do you want to get rid of Avast email signature? Don’t worry you are at a place where you will get the solutions for the same. 

Steps to disable or remove the default email signature of Avast 

1. You have to first open the Avast user interface by first doing the right click on the icon of the Avast which will be there in the system tray. 

2. Then you have to further click on the settings option after you hit the menu on the right corner of the top screen to further proceed to disable Avast email signature. 

3. You will be now in the general section which will be there on the screen in front of you. 

4. Look for the settings saying “Enable Avast email signature” and then un- check its box. 

5. Lastly, hit the Okay button to save your changes. 

6. For effective results, restart your software along with the web browser and then open it and use it again.
