How to create an email forwarding and deletion rule in Office 365?
The change is generally required for the migration of the Office product. If you are migrating to Office 365 school, ensure that you get all email sent to your school mailbox once you successfully migrate. You can change the rules as per the need arises. Prior to the implementation of the steps, make sure you have active Microsoft office setup subscription. To check the details of your product, visit office.com/setup and login to your Office account. - Where your name is in the To or Cc box (email

- Forward the mail to Office 365 Personal email

Steps to create an email forwarding and deletion rule in Office 365:
1. Lunch Outlook and login
2. On the top menu bar, click on File
3. In the top-right pane, select Manage Rules & Alerts
4. Under the Rules and Alerts section, go to E-mail Rules tab and click New Rule and then follow the steps below:
· Choose a template, Apply rule on messages ‘I receive template’ from the beginning from a blank rule list of templates and click the Next button
· Next, choose conditions(s), select ‘where my name is in the Cc box’ and hit Next
· Choose actions(s) and forward it to people/ public group and delete it
5. Edit the rule depiction and click the people or public group link and enter the login credentials of your Office 365 Personal email in its respective field and click Next
6. Name the rule as per your choice and select ‘Turn on this rule’
7. Complete the process by clicking on Finish button and confirm it by hitting Apply, and OK
