All the candidates who have appeared in CSIR NET December 2016 exam, they must be waiting to check the result & cutoff marks.


It is expected that the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) will declare the December 2016 Result in the first week of February 2017.


How to Check CSIR UGC NET Result ?

 

Candidates who are willing to pursue your career further as a Junior Research Fellow or an Assistant Professor, they have appeared for net exam.

 

When the result will be declared at www.csirhrdg.res.in. , you can follow this process to check the result.

 

Log On - Firstly you have to log on to the official website of csir net - www.csirhrdg.res.in.

 

Click on Result - by visiting the official website, there will be many links on the home page. You have to click on the "Results" Link.

 

Fill The Details - after clicking on the Results Link, you will get a page asking your

  • Roll Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Registration Number

 

You have to fill the details carefully & then click on the "submit" button.

 

Result Displayed - You will find your CSIR UGC NET Result displayed on the screen.

 

  • You can check the result & score card.
  • Also take a printout of the result for further use.
  • The exam scores will be valid for TWO years.

Candidates have to check that they have qualified with fellowship or only lecturer ship?

 

  • Candidates who have qualified JRF , they an directly join any CSIR institute of his choice under any group provided the supervisor agrees to take them.

  • Candidates who have qualified only NET Lectureship Exam, they can apply for specific positions of JRF in projects in any CSIR institute.

  • Candidates who want to work as an assistant professor, they can apply for the position in different colleges, attend the interviews and join if selected.

  • JRF qualification is considered more prestigious as JRF qualified students are entitled to a monthly stipend of 25,000 p.m. for a period of two years.

  • After completing two years as JRF, if the fellow is registered for PhD, then the fellowship is upgraded to SRF & the stipend is increased to Rs. 28,000/- p.m for the 3rd and subsequent years.

  • You will have a good chance to work in the topmost Labs of the country. CSIR has a dynamic network of 38 National Research Laboratories which cover a wide spectrum of science and technology.
