How to Become an Aeronautical Engineer
Can I apply for Aeronautical Engineering after 12th
Aeronautical engineering is a well-known field
of study for those who are fascinated by aeroplanes and their mechanisms. While
designing aircraft and propulsion systems is an aeronautical engineer's primary
duty, as time goes on, the engineer is given a growing list of additional
responsibilities. In the aviation and defence industries, there are job
opportunities. Due to the broad curriculum and high level of diligence and
effort required, aeronautical engineering is difficult. A job with a
respectable pay is the clear benefit of finishing school for every student,
though. A degree in aeronautical engineering can be used to work in the
aviation sector, defence organisations, and civil aviation departments.
Students must be aware with the course syllabus, prerequisites, employment opportunities, and admissions procedure in order to enrol in the Aeronautical Engineering programme after completing their 12th PCM. It's critical that pupils have a clear vision of who they want to become. The branch of engineering that is distinct from regular engineering is aeronautical engineering. The entire manufacturing process for aeroplanes is covered in this course, including designing, planning, manufacturing, operating, quality managing, manufacturing, etc. Testing is required on campus each semester for students pursuing a four-year degree in aeronautical engineering. For admission to the aeronautical engineering programme, candidates must meet the qualifying requirements, which include having passed JEE Main and JEE Advanced. Aeronautical engineering is offered by many Indian engineering institutes. Aeronautical engineering also has a minimum aggregate PCM score criterion of 70–75 percent, which must be met.
One must meet the requirements in order to be admitted after completing grade 12, thus the applicant must first carefully review the requirements and determine whether they have been met. To be eligible to take the test, an applicant must show up on the exam day specified on their AME CEE admit card, whether they are applying in person or online. Passing applicants should show up and reserve a space in the AME CEE admission counselling session. After gaining a position in the AME CEE admissions counselling, applicants must report to the campus with the required documentation. The papers must contain a photo, an Aadhaar card, a transcript from grades 10 and 12, among other things. After this the candidate will go through the document checking process and will be informed about the process. Students must follow each step carefully and rigorously to get admitted.
