I have TOP MBA admissions consulting with tangible growth and development over the last year. I have evolved from an individual contributor to a project leader at Accenture Interactive, learning to nurture people and ideas. Singularly responsible for project planning, strategy and client presentations, I now lead over 12 engineers, analysts, and other team leaders. I have been assigned high profile clients and my input led Accenture to bag a crucial consumer goods account. My key contribution is my invention of consulting models for insurance, telecom and retail MBA Admissions Consultants that got the approval of CEO of Accenture Interactive. I have added to my knowledge by participating in workshops on social media, digital Top MBA Admissions consulting and advanced analytical tools. Through my exposure over the last year, I have realized that this field has immense scope for professional growth. I believe I have the aptitude to utilize these opportunities. Though my entrepreneurial thoughts of a digital strategist would have been a viable alternative I believe I would be a better fit here post my MBA. The e-commerce MBA Admissions Consultants are exceedingly dynamic, progressive and the way forward and I intend to make a mark in it.
Over the last year, my role at Accenture Interactive has evolved from that of an individual contributor to that of a project leader. Though previously I have been involved with various projects leading teams; however, now my job function officially necessitates me as being solely responsible for project’s requirements planning, project workflow strategies, operational excellence, and client engagement presentations. Handling team projects, consisting of over 12 engineers, analysts, and team leads, I now oversee the client interactions for various projects and am ultimately responsible for various timely quality deliverables. As a mentor, my responsibility has grown from that of a VAJRA, Accenture career coach for new joiners, to that of being completely responsible for my team and preparing them with bigger future roles. Altogether I believe that this new challenging role transition has been really exciting as it gives me an opportunity to enhance my performance; and moreover, move a step closer in assuming the profile of a Top MBA Admissions consultant.
