Energy prices are raising rapidly and the resources are depleting day by day. This is a concerning situation because there are many things that are to be looked for preserving these conditions. The alternatives are also available in this league because they can save the natural resources and this is beneficial in construction fraternity as well. Heat is also one of the most required thing and this has to be maintained effectively because it can be produced with the help of traditional sources. However, there are certain insulated panels that are available in the market and they are better resources. Architecture is also one of the most important things where these panels are required and these are very effective because they consumed less and provide more. Therefore, it can be said that these are the master pieces that can be induced in any place in low cost for better results.

Benefits achieved with the help of insulated panels-

It is true that the insulated panels have many benefits whether they are rig foam panels or wooden panels. The benefits of these panels are as perfect and they all are mentioned below-

·       After testing it has been found that the rigid foam panels that are used in the roof are more energy savers than the others. They are pre- made and they can also be customized according to the needs of the users.

·       The main reason for the usage of these panels in the roof is that it can help in insulating the house completely. The roofs can be sealed and this also keeps the moisture levels low and effective they also help in keeping the pests away from the houses and from the other places.

·       There are many variants that can also be used on sloped roofs and this is most unique benefit of these panels.

The usage of panels-

The use of these panels is perfect and there are no issues with this because it is easy. The SIP is designed in a manner so that they can resist the loads that is present on the axial. Apart from roofs, they can also be used on floors and also on the walls. These SIP’s also have the ability to resist the bending that occurs in bi- axial and in the lateral shear. These panels are joined with the help of connections and mostly there are two common type of joints that are used are as follows.

1.     Block spine

2.     Surface spline

Generally the Block spline is narrow and it is induced in the foam along with the edges of the panels. On the other hand the surface spline has strips or ply board and these are inserted in the foam inside the internal slots.

These panels are fabricated and they can be used anytime without even extra finishing and handling.
