Aside from the fact that drinking and drunk-eating can easily add way too many calories to your diet, alcohol itself is an inflammatory substance. This means it can cause swelling in your body and make you bloated than you are. It irritates your gastrointestinal system, which tends to make you look puffier.

 

#2 “I need to find health and nutrition stores near me.” Now is the time to get a lot of vitamins, protein, and not much else into your system. You can either find a vitamin store in your area or shop online for what you need. Your body needs this for great health. A healthy body is a good looking body on the beach!

 

#3 “I’m eating a salad.” Instead of grabbing the “low fat” pita chips or the “diet” ice cream that’s filled with fake sugars and chemicals, stick with simple foods that don’t need labels to convince you they’re healthy. You already know healthy when you see it! Go with fruits, nuts, vegetables, quinoa, chicken, and fish. The less ingredients, the better. That means a glass of water, chicken breast, and a salad beats a pizza on whole wheat crust and a diet coke.

 

#4 “Do you want to work out with me?” You want to bust some belly fat and tone up before you head out for your trip. Get your friends to work out with you! The only thing worse than making the effort to work out is knowing that you’re the only one doing it. Instead of going to the gym alone while your friends are at happy hour, convince them to go with you. When it is fun, you’ll do it longer and more often!
