The user can export the QuickBooks lists from old company file into a new data file by performing the steps below:
· The first step is to select utilities tab from the file menu
· And select the export option
· The next step is to select the lists to IIF files

Moving ahead, the user should select the list to
be exported and click on ok tab
· The last step is to browse the location where he/she wishes to save the file and click on save
