Energi Agro Nusantara - We Produce and Export Affordable Bioethanol, Biogas and Biofertilizer

PT Energi Agro Nusantara is a subsidiary of PT Perkebunan Nusantara X. This plant processes molasses into 99.5% ethanol. The company is based on renewable energy fuels.

PT Energi Agro Nusantara (Enero) is a renewable energy company that processes molasses into ethanol with a purity level of 99.5%.  This plant is specifically designed to produce ethanol fuel grade with a production capacity of 100 kl / day. The manufacture of ethanol at PT Enero goes through the stages of propagation, fermentation, evaporation, distillation and dehydration.

Enero has 2 Digester Tanks with a capacity of 2 x 22000 m3 with the volume of treated waste is approximately 500 m3 per day with a COD value of up to 200000 ppm. So that the total load every day processed by anaerobic digester reaches 100000 kg / day. With this amount of organics, the conversion of biogas produced reaches 1000 m3 per hour or 24000 m3 per day.

Of the total biogas produced, approximately 2 Mw of electrical energy can produce electrical energy

The use of biogas in PT ENERO as electrical energy is preceded by biogas purification from H2S to prevent corrosive occurrence in the Gas Engine as a converter from biogas to electrical energy.

Bio-liquid fertilizer or called biofertilizer is a fertilizer that contains functional microorganisms (bacteria, fungi, and actomycetes). Whatever the name biofertilizer can be interpreted as a living fertilizer. Biofertilizers in addition to containing microbes can also be elements of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) as well as other microelements. The content of biofertilizers is microorganisms that have a positive role for plants. Frequently used groups of microbes are microbes that tether N from the air, microbes that dissolve nutrients (especially P and K), microbes that stimulate plant growth.

PT Energi Agro Nusantara produces liquid biofertilizers made from vinase by-products produced by bioethanol plants. This fertilizer is registered under the trade name fertilizer enero. It contains functional microbes that are useful for plants and soil. So far, many farmers have felt the benefits of this fertilizer. This fertilizer has been applied in various types of crops such as sugarcane, pineapple, horticulture, crops and perennials.
