Steps

Begin the process with cutting the plywood in a circle, approx 5 feet in diameter. Now you require drilling two holes in the board, one in the center for accommodating the bolt. The other you require drilling in the side, approximately 6 to 8 inches from the center hole. This is done for accommodating the hose that will force air into the device. You do not require sanding the edges. This is due to the fact that the tarp will comfortably cover the edges.
