The program encourages the creation of healthy and comfortable spaces for people—all strategies and practices aimed at reducing energy consumption. Materials and resources and innovations in operations and regional priority must be considered. The evaluation is based on a system of points awarded for the efficiency achieved in each area. If you need to obtain a basic certificate, it is necessary to get more than 40 points. Above 49, you will get the silver certification, and above 60 represents gold certification. A score of 80 points or more will earn a platinum certification.

To build energy efficiency or green building project, the builders and designers must perform the “Building Energy Simulation” process. It is a technical analysis, which helps us evaluating the energy performance of a building. The process must comply with the Indonesian Energy Conservation Building Code.
