Different Applications of Angle Valves
For the purpose of controlling, movement and transfer of fluid from one place to another, different types of valves are used in industrial applications. From starting or stopping the flow of fluids to prevention back-flow, the diverse types of specialized valves are used in different industrial applications. The needle valve, angle valve, plug or ball valve, butterfly valve, and non-return valves, are some of the common types of fluid regulating devices used in various industrial applications and plumbing systems.
Used in water recycling applications, the dirty water enters the angle valve from below and passes through 90 degrees. The 90-degree angle valve can be effectively controlled and regulated both manually and automatically. In compliance with the specification provided, the outlet and the inlet port of the angle valves can be precisely threatened by using technology & machinery. The threading of ports is precisely done to fit the angle valves to iron pipes, steel pipes or galvanized pipes. For the purpose of connected the angle valves to the copper pipes, the compression fittings can be used. The angle valves are known and recognized as angle stop valve or angle stop if it is used in residential plumbing fixtures as shut-off valves.
For the purpose of regulating the flow of fluids and gasses, the angle valves are used in plumbing and oil & gas industry. 90-degree angle valve is one of the most popular types of angle valve used in Residential plumbing systems. Two different valve mechanisms are used in angle valve for fluid regulation purposes. One of the mechanisms used for fluid regulation applications is a compression valve mechanism. Another mechanism is angle ball valve mechanism for fluid regulation purposes. For stopping fluids or gasses flow when the handle is moved counter-clockwise, the threaded stem of compression valve systematically tightens a washer against the valve seat. The fluid stops when the handle is turned 90 degrees in an angle ball valve.
Used for transferring and dispensing compressed fuels, the 90-degree angle valves are used in oil & gas industry. Apart from this, the municipal water corporation working in India, route the pressured drinking water through different angle valves, for effectively supplying to their customers. To systematically prevention of the flowing back of drinking water, the municipal water corporations also install check valve apart from installing angle valve.
Different types of angle valves fabricated by Angle Valve Manufacturer in India are appreciated for their ability to tolerate high mechanical stress. Their ability to withstand high temperature and pressure makes the angle valves highly demanded in the regulation of the flow of fluids in various industrial applications.
Angle valves are highly used in Metallurgy, Coating, and Freeze drying applications. In addition to this, the angle valves are used in load locks and electron beam welding purposes in various industrial applications. Component drying, gas separation, and vacuum filling, are some of the other industrial applications in that the angle valves are used.
