For property owners in Australia who have a pool inside the property premise, it is mandatory by the federal law to secure the poolside area using a pool fencing installation. As far as pool fencing is concerned, you will find different varieties of these installations in the markets, but there are some reasons why mostly people prefer one of the two types of glass fences Sydney

Yes, there are glass pool fences as well and they are available in two forms, i.e. the semi-frameless version and next, totally frameless glass pool fencing Sydney

People getting them installed for the first time and opting for glass pool fences are often confused regarding, which one to install and why. Because of this question of "why", they often generate one more question in their minds, i.e. what is the difference between both of them.

The answer to this question can be found here in this post, where we have tried and discussed these two versions and also, the difference between them.

SEMI-FRAMED GLASS POOL FENCE -

There is no doubt about the fact that this version is very sturdy, reliable, affordable and high quality, but still, people have questions regarding this too. They say that the frame often interferes with the overall looks of the property, but amidst this, one thing remains a fact that it offers a really robust protection to those around the poolside area.

In this version, the glass-made pool fences are secured at their place with the help of a frame and some poles installed in the ground.

These posts are made of stainless steel for added durability, looks and also because of weather-resistance properties. These posts are embedded really deep in the ground for firmness and added stability no matter what kind of weather prevails in the outdoors.

The process starts by installing the posts and then, the semi-framed or totally framed glass panes are fitted between these poles. The process is easy and also, very affordable and just like everything else, and this installation too has some downsides.

The first is what we have already mentioned above, i.e. they interfere with the looks of the area and secondly, they also interrupt the clear views of the area and thereby, may be a security hazard. Another potential drawback is that there might be some gaps between glass panels, as it might not always be possible to slide the glass in consecutive sequences, such as along the corners.

FRAMELESS GLASS POOL FENCES -

If, by hearing the term, "frameless", you are suspecting over the durability and stability, you are totally wrong. The fact is that this one is as durable as the semi frameless and even, framed version and most importantly, it has no role to pay in obstructing the looks of the poolside area.

This one is aesthetically more pleasing and can make the area look more spacious and grander. In this version, 8-12-18 mm toughened panes of glass are directly fitted in the ground with the help of robust spigots made up of stainless steel. They are as durable as any other installation used to make the poolside more secure.
