All the preceding cities on this list have their own unique advantages and drawbacks; Miami is a great place to have a good time, Scottsdale is perfect for a cultured socialite with refined tastes. Bowie is a quiet safe town with a hint of exclusivity; but what if you want a city that’s just out-and-out beautiful? In this case, you’ll find the answer to your questions in Gatlinburg TN! 


With a much smaller population than some of the other cities on this list, Gatlinburg makes up for it by having some of the most beautiful surroundings and one of the most high-demand real estate markets in the country! With a median home price of just under $340,000 and an astounding appreciation rate of 21.5% over the last year. That’s absolutely incredible!
