CBSE NET 2016 Exam
CBSE NET 2016 - CBSE will be conducting the joint University Grants Commission (UGC) National Eligibility test 2016 on 10th July 2016 to provide the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) to the qualified candidates. The qualified candidates will be given JRF status at the national universities. The UGC NET Exam is an all important criterion which is required for any candidate to receive the JRF status. The following article has been made to give the candidates an insight about the educational qualifications, age limit, selection criteria and other details. The examination conducted twice in the months of July and January every year.
Details of the CBSE NET 2016
The subjects for whom the CBSE and UGC will be conducting the National Eligibility Test (NET) 2016 for all the subjects in the Humanities and science departments. The notification for the CBSE NET 2016 was released on 12th April 2016 which lasted till 12th May 2016. The candidates had to fill the choices of subjects and the examination centers. The examination for the same would be conducted on 10th July 2016.

Application fee for CBSE NET 2016
The candidates have to deposit the examination fee at any branch of Indian Bank across the country. The category wise fee chart is as follows:
CBSE UGC NET Admit Card 2016
The candidates who have filled the Application form for the CBSE UGC NET Examination will be issued the admit card from the official website cbse.nic.in . The admit card will be issued in the last week of June 2016 or first week of July 2016 for which the examination is scheduled to be conducted in the month of 10th July 2016.
The candidates will have to visit the official website and enter their credentials in the spaces asked and then they will have to download the admit card. They need to bring the admit card to the examination center also.

- The candidates who want to appear in the following examination must have a graduation degree in any stream of humanities and Commerce from a recognized University and college.
- They must have secured at least 55% marks from a recognized university under the UGC.
- Candidates who are appearing in the final year of M.A. or have done 10+2+3 years of education are also eligible to apply for the aforesaid examination.
- Age Limit- for JRF (NET), the candidate’s age should be more than 28 years as on 1st January 2016.
Application fee for CBSE NET 2016

- General category Candidates – Rs.600
- OBC – Rs.300
- SC/ST/PH/VH category – Rs.150
