Measuring Your Spa's pH Level is Crucial!

It's important to regularly measure the pH level of your hot tub's water in order to make sure that it is safe enough for lounge in. Your test strips will show you the safe range.  If it indicates that the water is too high or low on the range, you may need to add pH Up, pH down, a shock or other treatment.  As you get to know your spa, you will learn how to balance the chemicals levels of the water to keep your water crystal clear for longer.  Nonetheless, even well maintained water needs to be changed every 2-3 months once it gets saturated.

Another way to save on chemicals is to add an ozonator to your spa. Ozonators treat the water when the spa cover is on, helping to keep the water clean introducing ozone into the water to kill bacteria.
