DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

Enrollment into the Bogomolets National Medical University is only possible if students receive an “Invitation Letter” from the university itself. There are therefore a number of important documents that the student needs to provide in order to get the Invitation to Study, which are mentioned below: -

1. A fully filled application form

2. A copy of the 1st page of your passport, having a notarized translation of the contents into Ukrainian.

3. A copy of the proof of your most recently acquired education, having a notarized translation of the contents into Ukrainian.

4.  A copy of the diploma/certificate (an “Assessment letter” if none is available), having a notarized translation into Ukrainian.

5. Written consent to data processing form

NOTE: In case the citizen doesn’t submit documents himself/herself, a “Power of Attorney” is required along with a copy of the passport of that person having a notarized translation of the contents into Ukrainian.
