Black mothers to march toward the white house against the court for targeting fit parents

Hundreds of thousands of children suffer from mental and physical abuse per year in the United States of America. This child abuse happens without the current court system invasions and subsequent entrapment.

Family court and CPS officials utilize this situation by milking the system for financial profits. Family or CPS courts always target parents who are protective of their children, and these parents are also known as fit parents. Officials do not target abusive or unfit parents resulting in children getting placed in a sad, offensive, life-threatening, and harmful environment. The harsh truth is that this issue is relatively underrated, and most Americans do not know about this situation.

Court officials knew that parents with overprotective nature toward their children are willing to pay everything and thousands of dollars for the protection and safety of their children. Even family/CPS court officials know that abusive or unfit parents can pay more than fit parents if the courts target them. That is why court officials are ignoring unfit parents and targeting fit parents.

You might think that if this corruption is happening in the nation. So why is this issue not popular in the country? The reason is simple when the custody is given to the unfit or abusive parents. The gag order is terminated, resulting in the fit or protective parent not being allowed to see their child again per the gag order. Additionally, the protective parents cannot seek help from the media or experts on behalf of their children and themselves outside the court's purview.

Even if a fit or protective parent gathers proof, including photos, recordings, or videos against unfit or abusive parents, the court will take strict action against them for violating the gag order. The protective parents can be jailed or even more for violating the gag order. Family and CPS courts always ignore the original evidence against abusive parents, including evidence that the child has faced physical neglect and sexual harassment for the money. Family court and child protection services officials have targeted most black protective parents. The main aim is to present our demands of repealing the child abuse prevention and treatment act (CAPTA) and the adoption and safe family act. (AFSA). The other aim is to free black people from the clutch of colonial domination and take the sheet of CPS to expose the continued genocide against black people in the USA.
